What do I need to bring?

• Proof of rabies vaccinations should be provided prior to initial appointment, if not please provide at appointment as it is required in the State of NC.
• All vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to checking in.
• Your dog's leash and collar or harness (attached).
• If you prefer a certain cut or style, please bring a photo to share with us. Loving Hearts Grooming are trained to provide your pet with whatever trim you desire.

               When should my puppy come in for its first groom?

•  It's important to have your puppy groomed soon as possible to get used to and learn to love the grooming experience.
• We recommend they come in Two Weeks after their last set of puppy vaccinations.

                 Do you offer any special treatments for pets with skin conditions?

• Yes, we offer medicated baths and treatments (additional cost) for pets with skin conditions.

            Please let us know if your pet has any special needs when booking an appointment.

              What types of shampoos do you use?

• We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos that are tailored to your pet's specific needs.
• For example, we use a hypoallergenic shampoo for pets with sensitive skin.

           How long does it take to groom my pet?

• The time taken will depend on the condition and length of your pet's hair.
• A standard grooming session could take up to a minimum of 3 HOURS, as we like to allow our furry friends rest breaks.
• We will contact you prior to the end of the grooming to advise what time you should pick up your pet.
